Programming & Calibration
While systems like Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Cameras improve safety they can make repairs more complicated. Each time a camera, sensor, headlamp, windshield or bumper is removed these systems have to be re-calibrated for them to work properly. Our tooling enables us to program ECUs.
Electrical & Software
More than 80% of Electronic Control Units (ECUs) are found not to be responsible for electrical failures in vehicles. Software, and the 2 miles of wiring between those ECUs, are often missed as culprits or ignored because of their cost to fix.
