- No Binding Contract Online: Submitting a triage form or requesting an appointment online does not create a binding contract for repair. All repair contracts and authorizations must be signed in person or via official electronic authorization systems following a physical vehicle assessment.
- Estimates: Any cost estimates or pricing discussions initiated through the website or over the phone are preliminary. Final estimates can only be provided after a physical inspection of your vehicle by our technicians.
