Our website provides information about our automotive repair and diagnostic services and allows you to submit triage and contact forms. Please note:

  • No Binding Contract Online: Submitting a triage form or requesting an appointment online does not create a binding contract for repair. All repair contracts and authorizations must be signed in person or via official electronic authorization systems following a physical vehicle assessment.
  • Estimates: Any cost estimates or pricing discussions initiated through the website or over the phone are preliminary. Final estimates can only be provided after a physical inspection of your vehicle by our technicians.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its original content (including text, "The Library" articles, graphics, logos, and design) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Inner and outer tie-rod ends are tight with no play. Steering rack boots are intact and dry.

Fluids & Underhood

Engine Oil, Coolant & Brake Fluid

Engine oil is clean and full; coolant tested to -35°F. Brake fluid flush is included with front caliper replacement.

Tires

Tire Condition & Tread Depth

Pass (7/32")

Even wear across all four tires at 7/32" tread depth. Tire pressures set to 35 PSI door-placard spec.
